Techcon Vacuum Pen

This stand-alone vacuum pick-up system is used for pick and place functions. Use of this vacuum pen requires shop air, or it  can be air powered through TS500R dispensers/controllers. It features an adjustable vacuum control knob to set desired vacuum. Maximum operating pressure for this device is 100psi (6.9bar). 

The Vacuum Pen contains:

• Vacuum control console.
• Pick up pen.
• Vacuum tips (15 and 23 gauge).
• 5 differently sized vacuum cups.
• Length of air tubing for attachment to air source.
• 2 air connectors.
• Variety of rubber feet.

Techcon Finger Switch Assembly – DX9010

This impressive device gives you control at your finger tip for jobs that demand the highest levels of precision. The DX9010 finger switch assembly is designed to be used when hand held actuation is more convenient than the standard foot switch included with the TS Series dispensers and controllers. All Techcon Systems 700 Series syringe barrels fit the DX9010 and the easy turn clamping mechanism simplifies the installation and removal of syringe barrels.

Amazingly, only 5 oz. (1.39N) of force is required to actuate the DX9010, and it has a total switch travel of 0.050″ (1.3mm). With such subtle movement required, you’ll find that this device allows for great for eye-hand coordination for your dispensing processes

This high-quality vacuum pickup tool kit is designed for use with all pneumatic and manual component pickup devices. The mixed kit of vacuum cup sizes allows for a variety of pickup tools.

The VACKIT includes:

• 15 and 23 gauge bent needles 45 degree angle.
• Vacuum cup sizes : 1/16″, 1/8″, 3/16″, 1/4″, 3/8”.
