Description
The Chem-Set 160-840 is a 40 element , 0.366″ diameter, 14.14″ length plastic spiral bell mixer, one of our most popular static mix nozzles. While many meter mix manifolds meet within the manifold which can cause the materials to gel and plug, the Series 160 mixer eliminates this problem by using a bell inlet and separately ports the A and B materials directly into the mixer.
Cleanup is as simple as removing the mixer and wiping the manifold face. A metal jacket is recommended for this mixer if pressure inside the nozzle is to exceed 150 psi.
