Let’s drill down to some details on a few specific products in the EasyFlo series from Polytek.

EasyFlo 60 Liquid Plastic is a two-part, liquid polyurethane resin that cures (RTV) to a white, Shore D65 plastic. This product has a simple 1A:1B mix ratio by volume and a fast demold time of 15 to 30 minutes. EasyFlo 60 is a super low-viscosity, pourable plastic, but it can be easily thickened for brush-on application. This product pours like water, so making bubble-free parts is easy and fast. EasyFlo 60 is the lowest-viscosity option in the EasyFlo Series.

EasyFlo 95 Liquid Plastic is a two-part, liquid polyurethane resin that cures (RTV) to an off-white, Shore D65 plastic. This product has a simple 1A:1B mix ratio by volume and a demold time of 30 to 60 minutes. EasyFlo 95 is a super low-viscosity, pourable plastic, but it can be easily thickened. This product is especially useful when a longer pour time of 5 minutes is needed to complete a pour.

EasyFlo 120 Liquid Plastic is a two-part, liquid polyurethane resin that cures (RTV) to a white, Shore D65 plastic. This product has a simple 1A:1B mix ratio by volume and a fast demold time of 15 to 30 minutes. EasyFlo 120 is a super low-viscosity, pourable plastic, but it can be easily thickened. EasyFlo 120 has a controlled gelling process that makes it a popular product for rotocasting or slush-casting hollow parts that are incredibly tough, nearly unbreakable and lightweight. EasyFlo Clear Liquid Plastic cures to a pale amber color.

EasyFlo Spray FR Liquid Plastic is a two-part, sprayable polyurethane resin that cures (RTV) to an off-white, Shore D75, UL-94 (V-0) fire-retardant plastic. Use a higher-volume spray equipment to apply a hardcoat over foam or for sprayed-up hollow castings. For a pourable, UL-94 (V-0) fire-retardant plastic, consider EasyFlo 100 FR Liquid Plastic.
