Chem-Set 749K Dishwasher Mount Kit

Our first set is the Chem-Set 749K Dishwasher Mount Kit, which comes equipped with our Chem-Set 633 Gel Quick-Set epoxy, dispense gun, mixing nozzles, undermount studs, and sink clips. This kit allows you to securely mount sinks and dishwashers under any countertop surface without drilling.

Installing a sink or dishwasher with the Chem-Set 749K Mount Kit has never been easier! Simply clean the area to be bonded, apply the 633 epoxy to the base of the fastener and set it in position, and place the dishwasher into position once the epoxy has reached handling strength. Thread the screw through the dishwasher tabs for a firm hold that will last for decades!

Chem-Set 740K Sink Anchor Kit

Our next anchoring kit, the Chem-Set 740K Sink Anchor Kit, features similar products to our 749K Kit but has even more fasteners included. This kit is ideal for setting an undermount sink with a natural stone countertop to create a flush, beautiful look without professional installation.

Just like the 749K Anchor Kit, installation is a breeze. Once the epoxy has set, simply place the sink in the desired position, mount the Z-shaped sink clip to the fastener, add the washer, and tighten the wingnut. In seconds, you’ll have a perfectly installed new sink that is extremely strong – each of our no-drill fasteners can hold upwards of 200 lbs.!

Chem-Set 742K Sink Anchor Kit

Finally, our Chem-Set 742K Sink Anchor Kit is nearly identical to our 740K Kit, but is ideal for small projects or as samples to be handed out to potential clients. With a smaller amount of epoxy included in this set, yet the same number of fasteners, you can show your clients (or your family) that our 633 epoxy is truly exceptional.

Application of this kit is identical to the installation for the 740K Kit. Be sure to allow 45 minutes – 1 hour before mounting the sink for the epoxy to reach full handling strength.
